I am an executive strategist and coach with over 20 years of experience building global brands for multinational corporations including Nestlé, Mondelez, Kraft Foods, and Phillip Morris. As Regional Account Director for Nestlé Latin America at Wunderman Thompson and International Account Executive in New York, I architected brand strategies across multiple continents. Today, I combine this global corporate expertise with academic leadership as a university professor. I have succesfully transformed C-level executives, senior leaders, high-potential managers, and entrepreneurs using my Insight-Driven Leadership™ methodology.
